Communal memory gone all Picasso?

Picasso 2 ‘I have done that’, says my memory. ‘I cannot have done that’ says my pride, and remains adamant. At last memory yields.                                                Nietzsche

Our NHS is evolving at a rapid pace of knots………….actually we wait to see if it is evolution or something more akin to Brownian motion style morphing, history will be the final judge.

In all this ‘change’ I was wondering whether our NHS is evolving an Achilles heel; is the continual change and fragmentation fracturing continuity to the extent that our communal memory is being seriously compromised? Has the ‘patient’ developed dementia?

If there still exists a communal memory who holds the keys or has the picture gone all Picasso?
